Installing the Fusion 10 Upgrade

In order to upgrade to Fusion 10, you must have a Full Version serial number or a Full Version of Fusion installed on your computer. During installation, Fusion 10 will automatically search your computer for a Full Version of any previous version of Fusion. 

If you have uninstalled a previous Full Version and only have a previous Upgrade Version installed (for example if you uninstalled a Full Version of Fusion 8, but still have your Upgrade Version of Fusion 9 installed) then you will be prompted to enter a Full Version serial number to complete installation.

If you receive a prompt to enter a previous version serial number, please follow these steps:

• 1. Verify the previous version serial number you have entered is a Full Version Serial Number:
  Example:
  NFW-XXX-R-XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (correct Full Version serial number format)
  NFW-XXX-U-XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX (Upgrade Version serial number format)

• 2. Verify there are no spaces at the beginning or the end of the serial number you have entered.

• 3. Continue with the NetObjects Fusion 10 installation.

If you enter a full version serial number and still receive the prompt, please contact our Support Center and we will resolve the issue immediately.
