Under the terms of the software licensing agreement, NetObjects Fusion will be sold with AT&T Web Site Services products by the worldwide AT&T sales force and AT&T Creative Alliance Program (CAP) members, independent Web designers who provide optional web design consultation services to AT&T Web Site Services customers. In addition, AT&T and NetObjects will collaborate on a series of marketing and training initiatives to promote NetObjects Fusion.

The offer will be available sometime in first quarter, 1997. Initially, NetObjects Fusion will be offered with both AT&T Web site hosting offers, AT&T Easy World Wide WebSM Services (EW3), and the AT&T Enhanced Web Development Package. Both web hosting offers give companies a one-stop solution for building a presence on the Web. The AT&T Enhanced Web Development Package is currently in trials and slated for general availability first quarter 1997. The package provides powerful tools that help create compelling, interactive Web applications and enable increased performance and security.
