Extending a previously-announced partnership, Netscape will bundle NetObjects Fusion in its top-selling Netscape Enterprise Server software, the cornerstone of the Netscape SuiteSpot integrated suite, to dramatically simplify the the way companies create and manage Web sites. Combining Netscape's server solutions with the publishing power of NetObjects Fusion gives companies everything they need to design complex sites in record time and maintain them with minimal frustration. NetObjects will also be featured in Netscape's ground-breaking AppFoundry program that delivers reusable business applications to intranet customers.

Microsoft will promote NetObjects Fusion through several high-profile marketing activities, including offering the product to members of its SiteBuilder Network, and conducting joint advertising campaigns, direct mail, and trade show activities.
