NetObjects Named to the Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown e-Process Stock Index

Redwood City, Calif., Nov. 30, 1999— NetObjects, Inc., (NASDAQ:NETO), a leading provider of e-business software, solutions and e-services for small business and enterprises, announced today that Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown named NetObjects as one of 21 companies on its e-Process Stock Index.  The e-Process Stock Index tracks companies such as Ariba, Inktomi, Oracle and others that provide products or services to help businesses leverage the Internet.

Brown describes the ‘e-process revolution’ as the third stage in an evolution of business applications, with the first two stages being information content and consumer e-commerce applications.
