	RMI.NET Partners With NetObjects To Provide E-Commerce Solutions Agreement Gives Small Business and Home Business Easy, Cost-Effective Access For Selling Goods and Services on the World Wide Web

	DENVER and REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 29, 1999 – RMI.NET, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMII), a national e-business and convergent communications company, announced today a partnership with NetObjects, Inc. (NASDAQ: NETO), a leading provider of e-business software and services for small business and enterprises, to provide small business customers with an easy and affordable way to build and maintain their own e-commerce web stores. RMI.NET, through a licensing agreement, will offer NetObjects’ Sitematic entry-level e-commerce packages under the RMI.NET’s e-SELL brand. e-SELL allows small business and home office customers to set up a web store, maintain its content and conduct transactions over the Internet. By managing these functions, customers are able to greatly lower their cost for an e-commerce site, while keeping it fresh with new content, products and promotions. “This is an excellent arrangement for RMI.NET. It enables us to offer a new web site service, complete with e-commerce capabilities, that is low cost, and quick and easy to set-up,” said Douglas H. Monthly packages start at $49 and will include a one-time set up fee and nominal monthly charges. RMI.NET’s current e-SELL package has been renamed e-SELL Custom Business Solution (CBS) 2.2.
