Verio and NetObjects Join Forces to Help Businesses Capitalize on Electronic Commerce Explosion
Joint Promotion Offers Fast and Cost-effective Solution for Businesses to Build and Enhance E-Business Web Sites Hosted by Verio

Englewood, Colo., March 23, 1999 - Verio Inc. Under the agreement, Verio will offer NetObjects Fusion 4.0 customers 30 days of free Web hosting and domain-name registration. Verio also will offer the award-winning NetObjects Fusion 4.0 and NetObjects Fusion Personal Edition products to its Web-hosting customer base at a special, discounted price. In return, NetObjects will promote Verio's leading Web-hosting services through its own Web site, in-box marketing materials, and other initiatives.
