Launched in September 1998, the Thomas Cook intranet (TCNet) is being developed to be the solution for global communications, corporate knowledge, business solutions and the future development of e-business solutions for all of Thomas Cook. Built on the solid foundation of NetObjects Authoring Server Suite, TCNet already serves over 900 employees and aims to reach 2000 users by year end.

As more departments take on site building responsibilities, the intranet team will continue to use NetObjects Authoring Server Suite to assign appropriate roles and responsibilities to the various team members.
